In the case of Strata and Real Estate Property Managers, we acknowledge receipt of the workorder via email, contact the site contact to make an appointment, and inform the issueing manager of the appointment date, and the expected quote receive date.
We advise you of the AGC tradesman's details, all AGC representatives will at all times be wearing appropriate uniform, with vehicle signage that identifies our company.
Provide you with a detailed written quote report and digital photo's.
On acceptance of the quote we will schedule a start date at your convenience, issue Office of Fair Trading minor works contracts and organize Home Warranty Insurance, (if applicable).
Gain written approval from you prior to completing any unexpected variations to the original quote.
Advise you of the works completion date, together with digital photo's and final invoice upon satisfaction.
We provide ongoing training for our workforce, AGC supervisors and tradesmen are trained in all relevant WH&S practises. Working at heights, Senior First Aid (St John's Ambulance) and bonded asbestos removal.
